Auto Insurance
As consumers, there is no better
reward than finding the best rate on a product you are required to
purchase. California state law requires all drivers on California roadways
to carry at least a minimum auto liability insurance policy. The
State of California requires all drivers to carry compulsory liability
limits of at least $15,000 per person bodily injury, $30,000 total
for bodily injury and $5,000 for property damage liability. Of
course, a driver may purchase higher limits and additional coverage
for an additional premium. Our professional agents can help design
an automobile policy that fits your lifestyle and concerns. |

Garden Grove Homeowners Insurance
California laws do not require owners of real
estate to purchase insurance on their homes. However, if your home
has a mortgage, your lender will require you to purchase homeowners
insurance or property insurance on a dwelling as part of your mortgage
agreement. Most Garden Grove homeowners always protect their homes and
properties with some form of homeowners insurance. A home is normally
a family's largest investment. Doesn't it make sense to properly cover
your home in the event of a claim? |

Renters Insurance
Millions of Garden Grove residents don't actually
own their own home. However, all residents have some type of personal
property that is at risk in the event of a fire, theft or tornado. Even if you don't own your home, or rent an apartment, you should
protect your valuables and assets in the event of a catastrophic claim
or liability suit. Garden Grove renters insurance is generally not
an expensive policy to purchase, as the insurance company is only
protecting your contents and valuables. Protect your family and property
today with renters insurance. |

Motorcycle Insurance
Many Garden Grove residents have fulfilled a lifelong
dream of owning a motorcycle. Many residents have always been motorcycle
enthusiasts and others choose to commute by motorcycle due to the
rising cost of fuel. No matter what situation fits you, understand
that your motorcycle is not covered under your car insurance or
auto insurance policy. It's not treated as an "additional
vehicle", you must purchase separate insurance for your motorcycle
in Garden Grove, as well as the remainder of the state of California. |

Condominium
Insurance in Garden Grove
Many Garden Grove residents choose to live "condo life" rather
than the traditional "home and garden lifestyle". The
insurance coverage afforded by condominium policies is different than
the coverage afforded under the traditional homeowner insurance policy. Many times, the structure itself is insured under the condominium's
owners association or board. You should check with your condo association
to determine exactly what the master policy covers and what additional
insurance coverages you should purchase to protect your investment. |

Long Term Care Insurance
As a nation, Americans are growing older. Our population continues
to age and for many of us, that means taking care of a loved one during
their golden years. Many adult children are charged with the responsibility
to care for an ill or aging parent. Failing to plan for this possibility
could prove financially devastating to any family's financial resources. Long term care insurance protects your family against possible financial
devastation should your or a family member become ill or disabled
as you age. Professional agents are beneficial to you. |

Mobile Home Insurance
For many
people, traditional housing may not be a financial reality, particularly
in real estate markets such as Garden Grove where the median home price
is very high. Many families invest in a mobile home in an effort
to realize the American dream of home ownership without the large
price tag. Other people may choose a mobile home outside of the
city on a tract of land as a way to "get away from it all". No matter what your situation, mobile home policies are not the
same as traditional homeowner policies. The coverage is different
as far as the perils insured against and how your claim will be
settled in the event of a loss. Our agents can help you with this
process and make your shopping easier. |

Garden Grove News:
State Senator Lou Correa co-authors a bill to put limits on public employee pensions "Tapping into public resentment toward government pay perks, a state senator has introduced legislation that would put limits on the retirement benefits of government workers," according to the Daily Democrat. Who is that State Senator? His name is Joe Simitian (D-Palo Alto), but more importantly to those of us here in Orange County a more familiar name has co-authored the bill, S.B. 1425. No, I am not talking about Chuck DeVore, or Diane Harkey, or Jim Silva. Nope. The co-author of this bill, which will do a lot to control rising public employee pension costs is none other than State Senator Lou Correa (D-Anaheim)! Click here to read the rest of this post.
Only one candidate filed for the Democratic Central Committee, in the 69th A.D. It is hard to believe, but no Latinos filed to run for the Democratic Party of Orange County's (DPOC) Central Committee, in the 69th Assembly District, which includes Santa Ana and Anaheim, according to the Orange County Voter Registrar's website. None of the incumbents filed to run this year. Several Latino incumbents walked away from the Central Committee, including Zeke Hernandez, Tish Leon, and Lynette Verino. Other incumbents that did not pull papers included Stephen Bolinger, Eliah Gear, and Elaine Hoffman. The only candidate who qualified to run this year was Art Hoffman. He came in last place in 2008, when he ran previously for the DPOC Central Committee. Click here to read the rest of this article.
O.C. GOP recruits Robert Hammond to run against Assemblyman Solorio The Republican Party of Orange County finally found a candidate to run against popular incumbent Assemblyman Jose Solorio, in the 69th Assembly District, which includes the Cities of Santa Ana and Anaheim. The GOP candidate is a fellow named Robert M. Hammond. The 69th Assembly District has a population that is 74% Latino. Over 50% of the registered voters are Democrats. Only 28% are Republicans. And 18% are registered as Decline to State voters. Click here to read the rest of this article.
Tan Nguyen is running against Van Tran in the 47th C.D. GOP primary Well, businessman and former U.S. Marine Quang Pham decided not to run this year for the 47th Congressional District, but guess who did turn in his papers today and qualified for the ballot? None other than Tan Nguyen, the Republican who got him a world of hurt back in 2006, when he sent a letter to Latino voters asking them not to vote. Nguyen lost to Loretta Sanchez, the incumbent, by a landslide. When Nguyen first announced his interest in running again this year, few local pundits figured he was serious. Many of us assumed that Van Tran put him up to this, in order to scare Pham out of the race. My pajaritos report that Tran and his acolytes, the Trannies, were completely shocked this afternoon when Nguyen showed up to the Voter Registrar's office, in Santa Ana, and turned in his papers.
